How To Insert Del.icio.us Buttons In Avant Browser

Avant browser is an Internet Explorer based browser which, in our opinion, is better, and, we have found, more stable than IE.

Del.icio.us do not give specific instructions on installing it's buttons in Avant and simply using the IE method doesn't work. Here's what to do:-

Open IE and follow del.icio.us instructions for inserting in Internet Explorer. (You must have IE installed for Avant to work). Get them here .

Next check that the buttons are in the IE toolbar. If not, follow del.icio.us instructions to make them appear.

Now close IE and open Avant. Go to Tools>Avant Browser Options. Click on Add Ons in the Category list. Click on deli.cio.us in the IE Plug-Ins list, click Apply then OK.

You should now see the del.icio.us buttons in the Avant toolbar.

If you can't then go to View>Toolbars. Make surethat deli.cio.us is in the list and checked.

That should be it.
